Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return unopened, unused items in their original packaging for a refund. This includes your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Opened e-liquids cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.

Damaged or faulty items: please tell us as soon as possible after delivery, with photos, at sales@moreishpuff.com. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to return: email sales@moreishpuff.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
